Pro Rush Service

PRO RUSH : Pro Rush repair option is available ONLY with FILM CAMERAS AND FILM CAMERA ACCESSORIES and is payable only by Credit Card. If you are sending a PRO RUSH repair, please write "PRO RUSH" on the outside of the box in black magic marker, on atleast one side of the box.

Pro Rush repairs are payable only by valid Credit Card, Mastercard or Visa! NO American Express or Discover. PAYMENT BY CHECK WILL DELAY REPAIR BY 7-10 ADDITIONAL DAYS.

Street address REQUIRED for UPS delivery. Pro Rush option may not be available immediately before and during Thanksgiving, Christmas and parts of the summer season.

There are 2 types of PRO RUSH (FILM CAMERAS and OM ACCESSORIES ONLY)
Type 1 Pro Rush: IMMEDIATE PRO RUSH: Repair done and shipped within 2 business days after receipt. $50 for the first body or accessory, $25 for each additional item ( + labor + shipping)

Type 2 Pro Rush: 5-8 day PRO RUSH Service turns repair around in 5-8 days from the date of invoicing. This is payable by credit card ONLY and is available at $30 additional fee ($30 Rush fee is for FIRST BODY, $15 per additional body or accessory item + labor + shipping ). PRO RUSH may be delayed slightly if your 3Ti, 4T, 4Ti requires circuit replacement (rarely needed). Remember to allow for time in transit. Your PRO RUSH repair is important to us. In order for us to get it back to you in time, you must allow for return shipping time. Ground UPS (used within continental USA only) can take 5+ business days for UPS Ground coast to coast delivery. 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day UPS available at extra fee.

Return shipping extra. Ground UPS for 1 body to the 48 states starts at $11.49, sometimes more. Actual shipping determined by handling, weight, zip code and insurance amount. 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day UPS available at additional cost.
