I formed Camtech Photo Services, Inc. in 1987. We specialize in comprehensive repair services for Olympus 35mm cameras and have been involved in photography since I was able to walk. I did 2 years in the Nikon (Garden City, NY) Service Department, then 8 years at Olympus (Woodbury, NY) as a technician and Service Supervisor. Next came three years at an independent repair shop and almost 8 years as an Olympus subcontractor. Since then, I've had my own repair shop, specializing in Olympus and the OM System. I am a Graduate of National Camera Repair School, and  a member of Society of Photo Technologists Society (SPTS).  

Restoring your camera back to full operation is my primary goal.  Some models (due to unavailable parts) carry limited warranties.

Due to the growing popularity of digital cameras, there has been quite a drop off in film camera repairs.  The amount coming in is not enough to support a family.  Starting 10/2011, I started a full time job as a lens technician with Tamron.  I will continue to do OM repairs at nights and on weekends.
